If I wear it, use it, or support it, it's here:

I make money from some of these, but I only work with/share brands I was already using.

Clothing/Apparel

There's only one: Barbell Apparel. Check out my favorites here!

The Ranger 5" short and the ultralightweight tank are basically my entire wardrobe. Of course, their jeans are the real steal.

One exception here for underwear (For Men) - I love NADS. The organic cotton boxer brief is all I wear. Use code BAREFOOT to save 20% off!!

Shoes/Socks

For Sandals/Minimal Covering options, Shamma Sandals is the best.

Use my affiliate link to save 10% on your purchase with code BAREFOOTSPRINTER

My favorite gym/all-around shoe is the Vibram KSO-EVO, though I'm a huge fan of all 5-Fingers. Use this link to get my affiliate discount.

For road running and people on their feet all day, I really like the Peluva Strands. Same toe spread of the 5 fingers, but with a little more padding. Seriously - I'm a huge fan of there. You can't beat the toe separation.

Another option for running and padded shoes with a foot shaped last is Altra Running. I'm a fan of the Solstice and Escalante Racer XT. Great for court sports too. Plus, these work for people with longer toes that don't fit in toe shoes.

For Hiking, I'm a fan of these Vivo Barefoot Trackers. For wet conditions, get the high ankle options. Use code VNETWORK10 to save 10% off the purchase.

For nicer shoes, these Icarus leather options are great. Plus, they look sharp too. Here is my affiliate link. Use code GRAHAM.

And the only socks I wear are the VWELL toe socks from Amazon. Low cost, last long enough, and functional - especaily for toe shoes. Seriously, don't let your 5-Fingers get stinky.

Supplements

For electrolytes I swear by LMNT. I have at least one a day. It's hugely valuable - I can't reccomend it enough. Pro Tip - get a chocolate salt to mix into protein shakes. The salty sweet mixture is king. Use this affiliate link for a little gift when you purchase.

For preworkout I use Kono. It's sweetened with real fruit and has minimal ingredients. Their protein is also fabulous for a high quality, regeneratively sourced option. Use code GRAHAM10 to save 10%. Or hit up my affiliate link.

For flavored protein powder, I love Mark Bell's Shake Steak. It's got magic organ dust and collagen peptide mixed in too. Shake that up with some raw milk and an LMNT and you've got a dream come true. Also, the steak shake has no artificial flavoring - for whatever that's worth... Here is my affiliate link.

***A little extra option here is Mark's Fasting Gum. It's got 25mg of caffiene which is perfect for a little afternoon boost. I suggest trying it.

For Snackies Carnivore Crisps are great. They're essentialy dried meat, which is perfect for hiking and quick grabs. You can't beat the beef brisket! Here is my affiliate link. And you can use code BAREFOOT.

Other Stuff

Mattresses! I bought an EightSleep mattress last year and absolutely LOVE it. The split temp makes all the difference for me and my fiance. It's expensive, but so so worth it. I cool my side down while Tiana heats hers up. It's amazing. Since I'm fancy they gave me a code to save you money. Use GRAHAM at purchase if you buy.

Grounding Pads! This is a little more niche, but after reading the reserach on Earthing and electrical conductivity, I bought a sleep sheet and pillow case from Clint Ober. I put it under my sheets. It's hard to tell with this stuff, but I dream far more now and seem to have more consistent sleep. It's a low risk, high potential reward option for you to try if you're so inclined.

Lifting Gear - I'm biased because I lift at Mark Bell's gym, but his shake strap set up is a gym-bag essential. I reccomend getting two of the yellow straps. It'll transform any cable machine you use and they can go anywhere with you. Here is my affiliate link. His Slingshots are amazing too if you're a bench presser. I like the Money Shot. It makes bench pressing much more functional. Plus, the big leather belt I wear is from his store too.

The RMT Club - David Weck's RMT club is the only thing I took from my gym when I sold it and moved cross country. This thing is perfect for shoulder health and mobile tissue. Everyone should have one. I got the 2 and 4lb options..
